In the liner notes of the classic Rockin' in Rockaway - 4/2/94 cassette Louie P. says it best:
"There is a sound that is particularly Greenpoint... it's that Wine & Cheese atmosphere that permeates this tape. This jam session offers some of the best of those Wine & Cheese songs, plus some new ones."
Track 01: "Big Boss Man",Track 02: "Cripple Creek" Taken from the classically legendary Rockin' in Rockaway - 4/2/94 cassette, these two cuts are fine examples of the GP Sound. The ease at which the Usual Suspects slide in and out these songs reminds me of old friends in conversation as much as it does music.
Track 03: "Blues in A": From the Hazlet Hoedown of '93 comes this off the cuff jam on the blues classic "Red House". A number of Unusual Suspects, Rich S., Paul Dante and Frank Rapp, took part in the Hoedown. Here Frank adds a rare vocal performance.
